RE:RE:RE:Merry Christmas If you're interested, some holiday reading (not too long) about an example of when this sort of thing happens; of course every case is different. In the case of RMX, a restructuring took place, creditors got some fraction of what they were owed, and the 16 cent shares (previously as high as 6 dollars) were consolidated at 1 new for 162 old, or 1/10th of a cent per share based on the last trading price.
You may or may not remember Rubicon was the darling of Red Lake for quite a few years - it went from 60 cents to about 6 bucks. I sold mine when McEwen dumped his 45MM shares in a secondary offering in Sept 2010 at over 4 dollars and I never got back in. I had been in it, off and on, starting in early 2009.
