Well...one thing we know for sure is that Pure Gold MIne is worth at least 130 million dollars...that is the debt owing to Sprott and an indication of the value or risk tolerance that they have put on the operation.  Will they give them more?...highly unlikely.  What is the market willing to pay for the entire assests is the question?  Is there anything left for the existing shareholders or will we be wiped out?  Most longs have left a long time ago...took their losses accordingly.  However, there is opportunity in my opinion for players that came in recently...we will find out very soon.  Again I will give it a couple of weeks and see how this plays out.

Having said that...reality is that Pure Gold as of June 30, 2022 had 13 million in the bank...not that much of a cushion.  I believe they are so close...but...time and money may run out for them in the upcoming months.

The market is a lot smarter then me and most of us...the market will let us know over the coming couple of weeks what this baby is really worth and their chances of making a sale or merger.  I will look to the professional players for  guidance and act accordingly....buy...sell..or hold.

I will throw in the towel if the market action points to that scenario...it is what it is.

We can wish all we want...reality will play out over the next number of weeks.

My risk tolerance is high...but...I am not that stupid...opportunities abound...next.
