Company taking things into it's own hands

Company taking things into it's own handsI posted about this company afew months back as well when they first released their disclosure of the investigation in a press release, but here is a recent news release of this company taking things into their own hands....

Check out the shares outstanding, the trading volume after the announcement...and the share price appreciation....and yet still way off of the 52 will be week high...

Jurisdiction is different of course, and the US has remedies in place for these types of court actions for shareholders and companies....but it is an interesting development
