Who am I? I'm just shut who got a call from IR one day, and I came to this board and repeated that results would be out that week. And as it turned out, that wasn't quite accurate. Just sayin'.

So assuming you speak the truth the company had the results in hand on or before Jan 5th yet never released them, even though they told you, an investor, they were going to that week. And THEY called YOU. That pretty much says it all right there.
