Thank you Gamble for this detailed analysis. Significant material fact the has never been disclosed and PHD does not put out press releases just for the sake of putting news releases! Providence Gold Mines material facts need to be disclosed by law and PHD is moving on financing !

Actually they do put out NRs for nothing, the last one was an "Update" on a single drillhole from ... 2019.  Wow.  But this financing you mentioned - is that the very same one they have been trying and failing to get since 2021.  By all means, do elaborate.
