Qtr4/year end

They are set to release their Qtr4 and 2020 year end financials soon. I'm guessing that's why there has been a sell off as of late. Assuming the reports won't be pretty. Also they do intend to list on the nasdaq which I feel is a very promising reason to hold the stock alone.
