RE:RE:Management Sent Selective Proxy Counts Indeed! If I get paid 250k to work for a public company, I'll do my best to work for the people believing in us. I don't understand what passes threw their head when they start acting like it's their company and they have 10% shares tops. Start acting for the majority and hard working people who invests they're money to be able to consume more later and less today. Should no be dilapidating and be working in the best interest of sharegolders. That's the main part of the job. 

On a sidenote, glad to see the board is doing exactly this as in other companies this could of went unnoticed.
