Nothing makes sense with this company.  And clearly no investor interest.

Patience, all the industrial REITS are getting hammered- rising rates and a recession on the horizon aren't helping. I've added more down near .55. This company is in its early stages building a portfolio, not sure what you were expecting from the SP at this stage? Best, JC
