RE:RE:RE:Day 3 of the Halt

RE:RE:RE:Day 3 of the HaltIMO, The halt was posted at 7:50 am Eastern Time Monday, that would give everyone on the West coast time to wakeup to recieve the NR, seeing that they are 3 hrs. behind Eastern Time.

That means the NR was sent in on Friday along with the halt.

If changes have to made to any of the wording in the NR, it would be sent back and forth until approved for release.

Now if any party involved with the approving or changing the wording, left for the Christmas Break Holiday, that they booked months ago, then I believe that we would have to wait until they came back. Just my theory. 

I can't see this halt for anything but decent news. Plan has too many good things on the go.

And waaay too early to even think of a buy-out.
