RE:Stan, Did You Tie Up A Few Million

RE:Stan, Did You Tie Up A Few MillionHello Phantom,

I am not an insider so was never offered the opportunity to participate in this 3 year $0.36 warrant deal in return for personal guarantee of PLAN debt. I also did not get to see the confidential investment thesis that was assembled to support the APL purchase, a document that Richardson, Lacey and Halsey-Brant were able to examine prior to deciding to grant the personal guarantees they eventually agreed to. We will see in the next three years whether the business plans now being diligently executed will ensure that these personal guarantees are never called upon.

On the other hand, I did look at all the publicly available material in December 2021 and did make the call to participate in the private placement that was offerred to qualified investors. This provided common shares at $0.35, and two year warrants at $0.60 - not quite the same as the insiders 3 year $0.36 warrants issued at the same time.

Looking forward to seeing the financial statements in the next couple of weeks. Lots to discuss after we see these numbers, and the Q1 2023 results that should follow by the end of September.

Cheers,

S.
