Ever see the joke with the broker showing off his big yacht and the interviewer said, "You have lots of clients, but how many have ever made enough money to buy one of these?" The answer is none made any money. Similarly, just because lots of people use TA proves nothing about its worth.
You are naive if you think TA of a microcap has any value. It's because you don't understand chance, which makes you think everything is relevant, even TA.

PS. Your "merely" suggestion is generalized.
