Why do you keep calling him "this guy"? Scared of a lawsuit?No, not really. Truth is he has done a lot to be scared of one himself. I mainly do it to piss him off, 'cuz he reads ALL of this. He was nothing but a jerk to me when I was a shareholder and I like to return the favor now........ If he ever does show his face to at the Goldshow up here again and I happen to be there, I'll show him a "your #1" salute to his face.

There is always the ability to sell, but when you go out of your way to avoid passing on material information to shareholders, how is that fair? It is not an even playing field for shareholders to sell their shares under those circumstances............ only a few buddies are given the heads up of bad news so they can sell at good prices and the others like myself had to find out later when the price sucked @$$?

I'll takethe liberty of saying it for Guy: Sell and move on if you can't handleit. This is an exploration company (soon to be a production company)operating in a third-world country - ARE YOU NUTS? Again, sell and moveon.Do you have selective memory? I have not had any PLE shares since 2007, so what is there to sell? I am well within my right to still follow this company because I believe their properties have great potential. The problem is that it has always been run like a two-bit operation. Who in their right mind that is not in this stock right now would want to invest here as things are right now?
I will buy a lot of shares if there is something to invest in, but without the ability to drill, what makes this an exploration company? Without an accord it is not a true exploration company and will only be a pump and dump until then. If you can't realize that, YOU ARE NUTS......... but we already know that you are.
