Item 3 – Interest in Securities of the Reporting Issuer 3.1 State the designation and number or principal amount of securities acquired or disposed of that triggered the requirement to file the report and the change in the acquiror’s securityholding percentage in the class of securities. The acquiror held 13,400,000 common shares prior to the acquisition that triggered the requirement to file this report. The acquiror acquired an additional 225,000 common shares, resulting in ownership and control over a total of 13,625,000 common shares, which represents approximately 12.8% of the total issued and outstanding Common Shares of the Issuer as at October 6, 2021
