I am sure the regulators would shut them down if they default on the listing fee then the regulator will definitely step in. If u want them to step in, call them and complain.

Less than $2 million in net revenue, but close to $5 million in G&A, of which $2,5 million is for salaries.  This company needs to do some serious cost cutting or just shut it down. Just how ...more
