I think institutions tend to make their tax loss sales in October and in to November after their Q3 report. So we should be at the tail end of the bulk.  There has been a bit of volume lately ...more

Agreed that is a good sign especially with drill results coming. The price of oil moving up has a huge impact on a redevelopment play like this. Huge.

Torn on this one. Has some potential but it will likely be a tax loss selling candidate this year which tends to lead to lower share prices in the short term.
