The corporate presentation mentions 3 wells being drilled on Maria Conchita.  You thought they needed a PP pretty quick so you're assuming a PP right after the announcement of the first drill results, maybe mid March?   They originally planned for the first Maria well to be drilled in December so behind schedule by 3 months already.  I think there was a mention of a debt

With a good production test they could book reserves to the "discovery" well, but only probable and possible reserves and not proven reserves as the latter requires that the well is connected and and making commercial sales. Banks only lend against proven reserves, so I would say they will not be able to raise debt with a bank against the well results. The oil reserves that they have in
