The Services segment is involved in the provision of services for underwater sonar and laser scanner sensor equipment and underwater vehicle platforms. Its Services business consists of services provided by robotics as a service (RaaS) portfolio of equipment, including its Sub-Bottom Imager, Acoustic Corer, KATFISHTM, and SeaVision. The Company’s high-resolution three-dimensional (3D) acoustic imaging solutions and services enable clients to overcome the challenges in the oceans.

You reckon Feds would allow PNG to be taken over with its technical edge and broad sovereign defence customers?
Also if it reached say $19MM adj Ebitda between now and 2024 fy end that would be 10x versus sp. so already priced in for t/o at 90c is my thought but if no t/o, well....
I have sold mine so you know.
