Bids and Asks

I am a bit ignorant as to how the bids and asks can change when trading is halted. Can anyone explain?

It changes, you can put an order too, but it won't execute unless the stock is unhalted. Talking about bids and asks... It's starting to look great. More bids than asks and no more than 1M shares on the ask trought 0,10$+ as of today!
