The New PP of $515,000 in PNN means .04/share to begin...

When a PP goes through, it means that there are people who think this is a worthwhile endeavour, nobody invests $515,000 in a company if they do not see great potential to double or triple their original investment, then there is a cash cow awaiting to be reactivated.  This minimizes the speculative nature of this investment.

And $500 000 was likely the maximum the exchange would allow under the $0.05 Waiver.... The extra 15k scratch was probably allowed for fees....imo
