It's been said before, but I'll say it again. The offering is more than fair, in fact probably too fair. Given the opportunity I would certainly participate in the offer especially given the .22 warrants. I know there has been discussion on this board about insolvency but that just won't happen.
What is unfortunate is the timing of the offering. The market has been hammered since August and institutions are are not in a place to give away money. Institutions will squeeze every share they can out of Slyce and Slyce will have to make it work because they don't have any other choice. Earlier in the year, the market was moving up and institutions were willing to put profit into speculative plays - not so right now. Shareholders will pay the price, but management is moving this company in the right direction and time will tell.
As I said before, I waited until the market cap was below 30 million before I started a position and am still underwater like most, but I do like the progress that has been made and will continue to add to my position every 3 cent drop until my breaking point at .12.
