What I was suggesting would make sense was if Cam was able to sell 1.4 million shares at 0.10 and buy 1.4 million at 0.10 with warrants, then of course he would do it. However it is not feasible, because he would have needed to find a buyer of the original 1.4 M.
I agree the 1.4 M swap was likely a restructuring of sorts. I am hopeful it is a positive step towards closing the financing.
We need to see the next signed deal shortly or they will fall well short of their target of 30-40 contracts by the end of the year. We are already into March and no new contracts have been signed for 2106.
