Q216 earnings should come in fairly consistent with Q116 earnings, with a decrease in expenses. There were no major contract additions, however a couple of contracts seem to have moved forward with companies coming online.
By the numbers my projections have recurring revenue increasing to ~$590 000 and total revenue just under $700 000. Expenses should come in more inline with Q415 at around $2.5 M (inclusive of payout to Elf).
That's still a big gap between money in and money out. Nice to see a loan in place, but they are going to need more money before this thing has a chance.
Expect announcements right before earnings to soften the blow of a disappointing quarter. Only so much new management can do in such a short time. I like the direction they are heading and Q316 will be indicative of future of the company more so than this week's release.
