RE:Q3 CC sept 30/16

RE:Q3 CC sept 30/16In respect to your first comment... I heard,"largest clients". There's no doubt SLC has a high level of risk/reward. I believed the large client's NR would be issued this quarter. I'm disappointed that they weren't. My takeaway from the call... management doesn't want to give up. There's so much potential! Even if there's more dilution, I'm comfortable with my current investment. I'll be holding for the next year to see what happens. BTW, I love Ted as a CEO!! IMHO GLTA

SLC Sept 30/16 CC

Continues to sign retailers at a steady clip

In the midst of launching its largest client to date

After licensing SLC's core search tech, almost every retailer goes on to license additional SLC services which doubles and triples the fee revenue

Prominent placement of the SLC camera icon on home screen search bar of retailers apps leads to increased search volume and engagement

Streamlining has resulted in 1/2 the employees needed to run operations and maintain accuracy scores above 90%

Ave retailer search volume is 71,000 per month, up from Q2

B2C generates 1/2 of SLC revenue

New version of Craves app has increased user retention by 6x

Many new customers on the B2C side and hopeful some will become
B2B customers

Applied for government grants and loans but it is slow; also working on additional financing

Since June, BIG (Cam and Erica) made $400,000 in bridge loans to SLC

Cash flow positive when reach 50 customers which is projected for end of 2017
