Check 'Scam' Chell's JAWZ which disappeared after his stock swindle with crony Mark Valentine involving "toxic financing" and "death spirals" of stocks. Valentine went to jail. Look it up. Check Slyce CEO Elfenbein's previous Mood Media, also under investigation, after going from $4.00 to $0.50 per share in 18 months.
