3 to 1 consolidation coming

There will be 3 to 1 share consolidation coming any time now.

The company is raising $1M @ $0.11 for each post-consolidation share, and another 
$1M @ $0.15 per post-consolidation share. Ii will also issue to Troilus 8,638,433 post-consolidation common shares* at a deemed price of $0.11 per Share.

This doesn't make sense to me. If there's a 3:1 rollback share value should rise by a factor of three. Trading now at $.06, post-consolidation should be  $.18?  Yet they're selling shares for $.11. I paid just over a dollar for shares in this company and if this consoidation does go through it just about wipes me out. I guess there's a sucker born every day. ............

The post-consolidation share price will be 3 times current share price. I am a bit disappointed too that they go to fund raising @ $0.11/post-consolidation share for $1m, and another $1M @ $0.15/post-consolidation price. I brought some PPP shares recently.
