RE:RE:RE:RE:Something is up with PQEClose. Once emulsified the MSAR fuel does not need to be refined and the intention is to create msar fuel so why ship it to a refinery? But you are also correct that you can emulsify purely for transport purposes. They need to find end users between now and the completion of the 10k BOPD plant. Msar will be used to power the POSP processes thus saving expense of shipping in gas to power the plant operation so there is the first end user. Valkor and Freepoint Commodities who QFI also have an MOU with have the ability to market and transport the fuel to end users in industry. MSARs long problem has been the chicken and egg scenario where refiners would be willing to produce msar if there are end users for the product and end users have shown interest but current no refiners are producing. The Greenfields opportunity is perfect because it closes this loop. QFI are talking to many potential end users including large shipping companies, and local industry can also use MSAR with minor tweaks to burners. I'm sure Steve Byle has his ideas of where the likely local markets will be. MsAR is a lower cost and cleaner burning fuel option, with a lower carbon footprint from 'well to wake'. And it can make the tar sands resources far more competitive using this process due to huge extraction/ energy / refining cost reductions
