Likely because they are waiting for Barrick.
Barrick will likely take months to plan on where to start. So with lack of news PRG will weaken towards .10 cent or lower..So be patient and wait for a much lower price.
Also that recent podcast showed the person being interviewed get tongue tied and nervous when asked when PRG will start drilling.
Watch it yourselves to see.
Perhaps they are afraid to drill because they have no confidence of having anything of significance.
There is no common sense in buying equipment to drill and then do ph uck all.
Also insiders have not purchased anything..
