I also took a position here on Friday.   WIth TORC management taking the lead, you cannot go wrong.  They have been successful at what they do.  They will bring this company to great success.  I, like Nuttall betting on management.  I was a TORC share holder and they served me well.  I can see a repeat here.      Reminds me of Duvernay Oil management that started Tourmaline Oil after a successful takeout of Duvernay.   Petroshale will become Lucero Energy.  Once that happens, I can see many things happening fairly quickly with the company.   Lucero Energy will become a known name in the energy sector.    This is a good time to get in while it is not known by many.
