Since you asked, here are my comments. This one will take a while. You don't see many start ups in the oil and gas space these days because size matters. Investors are focused on shareholder returns through dividends and share buy backs. If anything you are getting the opposite here as this start up will need to issue more shares to raise capital for future A&D and organic growth thus much more dilution coming. Also with the price of crude predicted by many to hit $100 they will have to pay top dollar for growth acquisitions. Lots of speculative buying right now but investors will grow impatient when seeing established companies puking free cash flow while these guys have limited production and limited cash flow in the short/medium term. Better places to put money IMO. Good luck to the patient ones but you might be looking at dead money for awhile. Sorry to sound like a buzz kill.
