With the "New" management team coming in it, should be noted that Brett Herman, David Rain, Jacob Roorda have been on the board since inception, 2012 so he is and has been aware of the potential these assets have. These are some of his most trusted advisers.

Past achievements Bruce Chernoff and close knit group have reasembled to finish off what they originally started back in 2013. I am sure the Teleconference went something like - "Folks we have an opportunity and I need your help once more" and they all said without hesitation Yes, we are there. When you win together as much as this group has together you trust.

They have all reasembled into Petroshale....The only reason why the stock has been languishing IMO is the wild ride and destruction in oil markets and Covid 19. 

Fundamentals have never changed with this company and now Oil markets are robust and money flowing into the sector again.
