latest PR

latest PRLet's play devil's advocate. Why would a company release a PR with absolutely nothing new since the previously released PR? To release insider information is a crime. So, if I were running a company, and wanted to let someone know whether they should be buying or selling, how could I do this. Once the reserves are released it will be to late to make a killing on this stock. So I would have to let someone know which way to go prior to the release of that information. All I would have to do is let someone know, maybe months in advance, that if I release two PRs, with the second one having exactly the same information as the first, this would mean that the next PR would cause either a large amount of buying or a large amount of selling. Or I could just change the wording of one of the sentences in the PR to give this signal. I don't know if anything like this is what is happening. I do know that PRs are released to provide as much benefit as possible to someone. Generally, they are released at the best possible time to benefit the company. And the information contained therein is generally worded in such a way to maximize damage control if that becomes necessary. One thing I am sure of. This latest PR was released after very careful thought was given to its content. Those who released it were aware that it was almost a word for word repeat of the previous PR. It was released in precisely the form in which it was released for a very specific reason. It would have been known in advance that this PR would have created nothing but confusion among the stockholders. So why was it released. Nothing is done without a reason. Someone knows why it was released and what it was supposed to accomplish. I do not believe it was released to confuse all stockholders. I believe it was meant to be a message to someone or some group.
