19%I don't think anyone is giving up anything. Apparently, PSH has the people who know how to find oil and gas and get it into production. They must be providing this talent otherwise why would they be involved at all. I don't think anyone is being rewarded out of friendship. I am sure there is some financial advantage to having PSH involved in this venture and apparently someone thinks that they should be even more involved. Maybe Techkim could explain just what role Cotter plays in this whole game.
