RE: PSH/PRRPF

RE: PSH/PRRPFI believe many of us shareholders invested in this company for two reasons. First, they publically stated that they were going to very aggressively develop their properties. And secondly, they were keeping their shareholders informed by issueing very detailed PRs almost on a weekly basis. Then suddenly, around the middle of September, they completely changed. It appeared that they suddenly shut down all operations and decided to tell their shareholders nothing. If this company was listed on one of the main exchanges this probably would be considered a violation of regulations since companies on major exchanges are required to report major changes in operations that might appreciably affect the price of their stock. However, junior oil companies on the Canadian exchanges apparently are not held to these kinds of standards. However, behavior of this kind is always taken into consideration when a company does apply to be listed on the major exchanges.
