TechkimMaybe you can tell me whats legal in Canada. When a company issues one or more PRs stating that they are going to complete 12 wells by the end of the year, it is obvious to everyone, including the company, that this information will drive up the share price. When that company suddenly stops all drilling operations, about one month before the heavy rains hit Texas, without any explanation, it is obvious to everyone, including the company, that this will drive the share price down. Now, why wouldn't these two activities be considered actions by the company to manipulate the share price of their stock? Your thoughts, please.
