Dumping?
Dumping?While many shares are being sold at PRRPF and the price has dropped, shares of PSH are rising in price. Someone suggested that people are dumping but with only 65,000 shares being traded on PRRPF out of 40 million, I don't consider this dumping. When we see two or three million shares being traded, then we can call that dumping.
