Primary Symbol: PSP

The investment seeks to track the investment results (before fees and expenses) of the Red Rocks Global Listed Private Equity Index. The fund generally will invest at least 90% of its total assets in securities (including American depositary receipts (ADRs) and global depositary receipts (GDRs)) that comprise the underlying index. The underlying index is composed of securities, ADRs and GDRs of 40 to 75 private equity companies, including business development companies (BDCs), master limited partnerships (MLPs) and other vehicles.

RE:insider ownershipI agree that PSP is in some tight hands.  I think yesterday was simply churning shareholders that were fortunate to accumulate over the past couple months.  I would have hoped for more but decent reaction on good volume.

I don't want to read to much into the quarterly release language but as mentioned in previous post the company said its awaiting opporunities (plural) that they have bid upon to be awarded soon.

Should they win another meaningful contract and we churn through recent accumulation another run could be on the horizon imo.
