In columbia its pick and choose...

Some have done well, on the exploration side and we are lucky enough to have been one of those.

You can look at petrominerales, petro rubiales, parex or even gran tiera, it is a mixed bag of pricing some near year highs, and some not. I just dont think the market is being an efficient pricing mechanism for 

some companies. so that is when you start exploring so called strategic alternatives, just to see what kind

of alternatives are out there to add pricing value, not fundamental value   Everyone seems to have a vested interest, so whose opinion do you really consider as correct... I do note though, its almost universal, the oil

companies producing in Columbia for the most part have instituted dividends I like that idea, not really a fan of sharebuybacks as most often they are not completed nor do they provide the shorter term effect of the price of the shares as they should...
