Hege. again, i dont think an aquisition is completely out of the question with PTA. I just think a dividened coming from a company that is treated like an exploration company is obsurd. Yes, they are producing, everyone knows that. But the market treats them as though we are an exploration company - and lets face it, a little bit of land, with little knowledge. We have to prove the fields first before paying a dividened. What a terrible waste of money if we drill dry holes at crypto or LC, or El Porton. The company would end up like Renegade Petroleum. And a NCIB? now we're talking. However, the company would require 79,000,000 to pay the debt of ~37,000,000 and buy back 25% of the outstanding shares (to have an impact) would cost ~42,000,000 @ 0.30 cents. Leaves no cash for exploration. Seems like an NCIB is a tough way to go too imho. Roll-em back Nelson!!
