They have never been disclosed on financial statements, nor do they have to be.
Individual companies have some latitude in setting blackout periods. It does
depend as well on market capitalization. So no.. we dont know about particular
blackout periods, though they apply to financial disclosures. Other disclosures,
usually preclude insiders from buying a few days AFTER the particular news
releases. We are twenty days PAST the first quarters of 2014. So one could
argue a potential blackout may be in effect as well. Individual companies
should be required to present their respective blackout periods, then investors
would not always be guessing, as to the appropriate dates.. Hows that for a solution
to the dilemma.
