"Management continues expected strong growth in 2017 ~ 50%"
Based off last year's audited financials I will use estimates in round numbers to keep my projections easy to understand.
last year Approx $6.644 Million in sales w/COGS of $2.214 Million = Approx 66% Margin
last year expenses of approx $3.400 Million
last year net profit of approx $1.400 Million
approx 46.8 million shares fully diluted for EPS $0.03
Here is my current year projections...
Sales of approx $10.0 Million
Margins at 65% so approx $6.5 Million Revenue
Expenses up 15% to approx $3.9 Million
Net Profit of approx $2.6 Million
Approx 53 million shares fully diluted after PP for EPS $0.05
Based off today's share price of $1.20 (ish) last year's multiple was 40X
If we use same multiple, we are looking at a share price of approx $2
My estimate all along was for a share price of $1.80 to $2.00 by fiscal 2017 year end
I hope I am right..
Now let's open up for debate. Does anyone else have anything to add or subtract to my estimates? I am hoping I have share counts correct with the DD I have done.
Good Luck everyone!
