-one clutter brain even asked if accumulation was being done for a hostile takeover.....almost lost my lunch i was laughing so hard
-another billionaire brain trust suggested that they were selling at $10 ...imagine their surprise when it hits 70 times that
-lastly.....the 2-3 intelligentsia on there have to post more...so we can avoid the rabble..
-over here at Shockhouse....at least we can banish the ones we dont want to read...
-so once again....there will be no news that drives this to the levels i expect it to be at based on the assets value....except a deal or deal including large names....or a string of cash producing licensing deals....when will people see this...
-sure a few cents maybe even a half a buck here or there....but to propel us hard and sharp there will need to be solid, named, and dollar valued deals......
-i expect thats already been or is in the works....but due to NDA's security issues, strategic business secrets etc etc.....we wont know till the absolute last minute...
-P2 will offer a bench mark value above $50 a share....and with a decent premium will put any offer at 3 figures...
-100nm success....apparently close...may lock the requesting authority into an all out offer.....
-ancilliary bits...lasers etc.....just adds to the value...
-tentative buy out offer you will be looking at to vote on will be a large amount of cash per POET share and maybe 1.5 shares of the acquiring company....3 figures per share
-licensing deals signed and sealed ...say around 6 of them to the top 6 companies, Intel, Samsung, Taiwan Semi, etc....about 3 to 5 quarters of numbers.....3 figures per share...
-concern for the rest of the industry that could be rendered knackerless ?......"NONE"
-involvement of a laziridis or other "name"....not required....the company knows what it HAS and does not care what we think, what markets think or what the police think.....
-using standard valuations.......with suggested licensing agreements in place
