RE:The Dense takeover might help with a NAS listing as Obviously POET found out that you can't get to fab without knowing a few things about fab.. and they just didn't have the smarts in-house so they bought Denselight. Equally obviously, money man Copetti wasn't on board with the decision, and they parted as friends.

Denselight's revenue, Asisn presence, and manufacturing smarts are all great assets to POET. But it's manufacturing IP rather than capacity, since DL makes sources not circuits.
