What kind of shareholders spend their days posting nothing but negative garbage about their investment!? It's the social media version of the guy sitting alone at the end of the bar lamenting why his girlfriend (Agoracom) left him, looking into his drink for why his life stinks while the answer stares him right back in the face.
What is the point? If you are that guy, sellout and move on or, if you want to be heard, bring something new. And if this post really offends, look down into your drink for the answer.
Good things will happen, or they won't. Repeatedly negative posts do absolutely to improve your investment.
Expect the company to do a NR by end of day about the private placement, not because it's a Friday news dump as some here will claim, but because it's the day the PP is supposed to close.
