RE:Warrants......No, the reason the share price sucks is that the NR's are vague. The sales are still questionable till Q3. Then with the customary delays, you are looking for another year, before you see any sales and orders roll in.
Yes, the share price got pumped up and the conversion price got slashed,in order to save Poet from the bancruptcy experienced by Rockley.
So, yes. Great job raising money to create some more runway for Poet before they need to raise more money.
No reason to get excited if all you are doing is staying alive.
Orders and sales are the only words the market readily understands. Forget all the tech mumbo jumbo. Nobody cares. Except Fantasy Land.
