Omnibus PlanLooks like Management is not at all happy about the 20% Cap Option Plan, that they keep topping up annually...
Now they are seeking approval for more flexibility in order to Reward themselves with other compensation incentives, for their lack of performance..
I for one will be Voting against it,at least until they start improving shareholders value and prove that they are indeed deserving..
Greed is a bottomless Pit,but you have to admire them for it..
I will be voting my shears against the plan and I would hope that other shareholders start taking control and Do the same.
Second half of 2023 just peeked its head out and we are supposed to hear about commencement of Production for all those orders that management promised and expecting in the second half.
Just the thought and anticipation of all that New business gives me goosebumps...LMBBO
