The NR's or the reports from the Annual Meeting call for Orders in Q3 and 4 for both 2022 and 2023 and for 2024 and2025.
Only problem is the orders never came. So, the simple conclusion is, talk is cheap or paper is patient. And there is a saying about walking........
This bad for the shear price.
Or the ATM is the reason, well at least contributing. Sidelining the buys, big wonder the price only goes down.
Not much of a mystery here.
