ManagementPOET is now in a cascading spiral that it may not recover from. Even staunch supporters are holding because they think not only that things can't get any worse but they believe good news must be around the corner.
All one has to do is look at managements track record since Suresh and Thomas took over. There is no backup plan, no contingencies, no strategy planning. No matter how good your product is It takes competent management to achieve success. I hope they do indeed pull a rabbit out of a hat, but as time passes, it will get even tougher and their abilities will be truly tested.
