As long as the possibility of insolvency is alive, financing will always be difficult, irrespective of the capital environment. The fact that this management has put the company in this situation not once but twice is inexcusable.

Let's not forget the whole rationale for moving to the NAS was to prevent this very scenario.

The brutal truth is even replacing the CFO and CEO will not be enough because the inaction and incompetent of the BOD will continue to endanger the company. If you replace the execs and the BOD then you would have no company.
