RE:RE:RE:RE:InvestorsI'm sure they can close enough with the support of diehard shareholders, but it still doesn't address the existential problems facing this company. This is a great opportunity to use the financing to change the CEO and CFO, and the finance department. The shareholders should demand that the BOD act or else they will withhold additional funds.
