Vote NO! Enough is enough!Why do they need immediate compensation with a re-price if we are progressing with all these irons in the fire (as they state)? Is there no confidence for short term SP appreciation? This is a huge red flag.
I'll be voting a hard No! I see 2-3 terrible raises before any meanfull revenue. This is insane.
If the Poet employees can't wait "soon" for organic SP growth then there's a bigger issue than techie's jumping ship for a pay raise.
